So you’ve been to the School of Pipsology, you’ve met the FX-Men, and you’ve participated in the forums.
What do you do when you’ve got a question? Check Forexpedia, then the forums? Or maybe you see if someone else has asked your question?
Let’s say you get lucky and find a thread about that subject. You read through it and at the end you still don’t have an answer to your question. Do you search the next thread or do you start a completely new one to ask your question?
That’s definitely an option, but questions in the forums usually take some time before they get answered.
I have a remedy for you.
It’s called AskPips.com
Are you there yet? Okay, I’ll wait for you. Two minutes tops, and that’s it. We gotta get this ball rollin’.
You’re there!? Great! So here’s what you do.
1. Type in keywords. – You see that search box in there? Yeah, that long green box.
That’s where you put your question. Now, you don’t have to type in your whole question. One of the good things about AskPips.com is that you can search other questions about your topic. Keywords are enough. Type ‘em in and voila!
2. Scan through results. - Just because you didn’t find your answers on the BabyPips.com forums, doesn’t mean someone hasn’t asked your exact question on AskPips.com. Feeling lucky?
You can even find the answer to your question from previous answers to the different questions about your topic. So don’t just shrug other traders’ questions off.
3. Post your question. - Not satisfied? You guessed it – it’s time for you to ask your question.
You can even go into detail to ensure you really get what you’re looking for.
While waiting for our fellow traders to answer your question, you can always check out what else they’ve posted.
You can either look them through by category (it’s on the left side) …
or check out the open questions…
and the recently answered questions.
Who knows, you might even stumble upon a question you’re very knowledgeable about and add to it!
